Aymila Park was faced with a big ol’ puzzle with just 2 letters filled in. She added 2 C’s and one I to it, but that just didn’t give her a direction to go in so she missed out on an extra $35K.

Tue 3-6-18 Wheel: $13,920
On Jeopardy: $26,500

Margaret Niebling got one M, one D and two O’s from her letter choices. Where those 2 O’s went made the first place on the map a snap to figure out but the last one eluded her and so did the $35,000 on the card.

Wed 3-7-18 Wheel: $37,124
On Jeopardy: $19,198

Jeremy Johnson got one of each of his letter choices: D, P, C and A. It was almost like he couldn’t believe the solution wasn’t “pots and pans” and still had to have one of those in it. Alas, it did not and Jeremy didn’t get an MX-5 Miata. He amassed an impressive total nonetheless and was kind enough to share an Eggnog Tip with the world: “When you’re making macaroni and cheese and your milk is expired, don’t use eggnog instead.”

Thu 3-8-18 Wheel: $93,954
On Jeopardy: $19,201

Shonda Andrews only got one of her consonant, an H. Two of her A’s were in there though, and that was enough to help her come right up with the solution. She added a $45,000 bonus to the $48,954 she won in the main game. How awesome is that?

Fri 3-9-18 Wheel: $69,590
On Jeopardy: $29,100

Kelsy Gard filled in 5 spots with her picks: 2 D’s and one M on the consonant side and two I’s for her vowel. She came right up with the correct response and Boom! Kelsy got an extra $35,000 to go with the $34,590 from the main game– a little better than double. So Leave Winter Behind Week ended with another great victory.
