Wheel of Fortune: Disney Sea & Shore 2018
It’s Disney Sea & Shore Week on Wheel of Fortune and we’re posting the Bonus Puzzle with the winner’s final prize amount. By way of comparison, the Jeopardy! payoff is also included with a link to the recap of that game.
Mon 1-8-18 Wheel: $20,060
On Jeopardy: $16,600
Kari and Eric McGaughey got an M and three O’s out of their letter choices, but they couldn’t zoom in on the right compound word to get that extra $35,000 Pat was holding.
Tue 1-9-18 Wheel: $52,800
On Jeopardy: $10,001
Amanda and Chris had some work to do before they found out if they picked their Million Dollar Wedge out of the Wheel. They added one P, two C’s and three A’s to their puzzle but the solution still eluded them. Pat was holding an extra $35,000 but hey! Look at the amazing amount they won in the main game, more than many players who solve the bonus puzzle.
Wed 1-10-18 Wheel: $13,310
On Jeopardy: $8,399
Wynnona and Brian McMahon got 3 O’s out of their letter picks but none of their consonants. That wasn’t enough to work it out in 10 seconds so another $35,000 stayed put. Lately, there’s been a string of games where whoever wins the first toss-up also wins the game. I’m not sure how many games it’s been, but I’m sure I’m not imagining it, or am I?
Thu 1-11-18 Wheel: $16,932
On Jeopardy: $14,399
Russ and Kelly Horvath picked 3 successful letters: a C, a P and an O. The first word came to Russ right way but the last word remained a mystery for the whole 10 seconds. Pat was holding a $35,000 card again. However long that streak I mentioned on yesterday’s game was, it ended in this one.
Fri 1-12-18 Wheel: $21,210
On Jeopardy: $14,399
Mike and Jennifer put an M and a P in the puzzle and their Wild Card pick of C was in there, too. They couldn’t figure it out though so, for the 5th time this week, the $35,000 that was on the card was lost.
