Dan got super excited even before he saw the $38,000 bonus prize on the card. Yes, it’s only the “minimum” but, when you think about it, it’s a lot more than most people win in the main game.

Adrine had a pretty good hunch on the solution and picked P, C, K and A. Every single letter was in there so, obviously,

was golden. Adrine won an extra $38,000.

On Jeopardy: $24,401

Ryan got an H and a G out of the letters he chose. That only made this one really intimidating but Ryan gave it his best shot. Unfortunately, thinking cheating was the

because of that pesky T. Pat’s quip that Ryan’s guess told us a lot about him was very amusing; Ryan losing out on an extra $38,000, not so much.

On Jeopardy: $22,100

Jeffrey got one measly A out of the letters he chose. What that told him (but I don’t think he noticed) was that the second word was not “wrinkly”. If he had noticed, he might have followed that through to the right word and the first word

That didn’t happen and Jeffrey didn’t win the $38,000 bonus prize.

Fri 4-16-21: $49,650
On Jeopardy: $13,999

Jack put one C, one H and two A’s from his letters. A glimmer of recognition
_ L A _ H E D _ C R O _ _ H I _ _ _ C E ,
resulting in a speedy solve and a MINI Cooper win for Jack. That was worth an extra $34,750. Have we ever seen anyone so happy to win that vehicle?
