Lara-Lee got one M and an O from her letters choices. They were both in the first word, which she now knew for sure. Sadly, the last word was too tough to get with just a lonely E. A Fiat Spider was on the card.

Amber added a C, a B and one A to the puzzle. Now she knew the last word but couldn’t figure out the first– the opposite of what happened yesterday. This time, the bonus prize was the ubiquitous $35,000.

Wed 5-9-18 Wheel: $23,450
On Jeopardy: $15,200

Shiva got 3 of his picks: a W, a G and an A. They were all in the first word, though, so it didn’t work out for him. We’re real glad that Shiva wasn’t upset. That second word was a trap most people would have fallen into. Another appearance was made by a $35,000 card.

Thu 5-10-18 Wheel: $22,450
On Jeopardy: $13,601

Sue chose a P, an A and one F that worked out as anticipated. It sure looked like she had those first 3 words figured out beforehand. Maybe she should have anticipated that the letters she knew wouldn’t be in the last word. Actually, a second F was but it just wasn’t enough help. She missed out on a Fiat Spider.

Fri 5-11-18 Wheel: $21,070
On Jeopardy: $16,600

Lara only got two A’s from the letters she selected, but they were well-positioned. She knew the first word of the “Place,” but could not come up with a guess for that last 4-letter word that ended in E. Such are the mysteries of the Wheel. The prize revealed on the card was $35,000.
