WHO IS ABRAHAM LINCOLN?

The quote comes from Lincoln’s first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, 72 years after George Washington became our first President in 1789. Lincoln continued: “During that period, 15 different and very distinguished citizens have, in succession, administered the executive branch of the Government. They have conducted it through many perils, and generally with great success. Yet, with all this scope for precedent, I now enter upon the same task, for the brief constitutional term of four years, under great and peculiar difficulties.” An mp3 of the entire speech is available on Amazon.

Lynn bet $7,198 and finished with $14,398.

Prabhu bet $7,000, finishing with $17,400.

A.J. bet $1,801, winning the game with a total of $20,801.
