Cindy found the Jeopardy! round Daily Double in “Organizations.” She had $600, $800 less than Erika who was in first place. She bet the $1,000 allowance and she was RIGHT.

Cindy finished in the lead with $7,600. Jacob was second with $3,600 and Erika was last with $1,400.
Jacob found the first Double Jeopardy Daily Double in “Quotes in American History.” He was in third place with $6,400, $200 less than Erika and $2,800 less than Cindy. He went with a $3,000 bet, but through it was a wheelbarrow so he was WRONG.

Cindy found the last Daily Double in “Roman The Bible.” She was in the lead with $12,000 at this point, $3,800 more than Jacob, now in second place. She wagered $3,000 and thought it was a tribune which was WRONG.

Jacob finished in the lead with $9,800. Cindy was next with $9,000 and Erika was in last place with 6,200.

WHAT IS GROUPON?

“Portmanteaus” would be a great Jeopardy! category, don’t you think? And it would provide yet another opportunity for Alex Trebek to school us on proper French pronunciations.
Erika bet $2,001. She finished with $8,201.
Cindy bet $8,995. She wound up with $17,995.
Jacob bet $8,999, bringing him up to $18,799 and making him the new Jeopardy! champion.
