Jared found the Jeopardy! round Daily Double in “U.S. City Nicknames.” He was in the lead with $2,600, $1,800 more than David in second place. He made it a true Daily Double and he was RIGHT.

Jared finished in the lead with $7,800. Kim was second with $7,600 and David was in the red to the tune of minus $400.00.

Jared found the first Double Jeopardy Daily Double in “Ancient Civilizations.” He was in the lead with $14,200, $6,600 ahead of Kim in second place. He bet $4,000, said it was the MALIAN EMPIRE and they okayed that, so he was RIGHT.

Jared found the last Daily Double in “Working Overtime for the Company.” In the lead with $26,200, he was $12,200 ahead of Kim in second place. He bet $3,000, and he was RIGHT.

There was one $2,000 clue in the Double Jeopardy! round about a borzoi, where they wanted to know what the dog used to be called. A Russian ______. David was initially called wrong for saying “greyhound,” and Kim got it with “wolfhound.” Then they came back and gave it to David, not that it was much help to him.

Jared finished in the lead with a runway $31,200. Kim was next with $14,000 and David was in third place with $6,000.

WHAT IS A DOLPHIN?

David thought it was a seal. That cost him $4,000 and he finished with $2,000.

Kim got it right and bet $1,000. She finished with $15,000.

Jared also got it right but he didn’t bet anything and he is the new Jeopardy champ with $31,200.

    JUST LOOKED IT UP SINCE I WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THE EXACT AMOUNT. # 12 RANKS @ 56.001…JARED COULD HAVE HAD OVER 34.000 TODAY. ONE MORE WIN LIKE THAT AND HE WOULD BE IN!# 10 IS BARELY OVER 66.000 !!!!

    WHY did jared throw away over 3 K???? this was not THAT much of a complicated math problem…..COULD make the difference whether he will get into the toc, should he win a few more games!
