Day 2 of the Teen Tournament Quarter-Finals and today, we have these 3 students on board:Katie Stone, a senior from El Paso, TX; Nilai Sarda, a freshman from Marietta, GA; and Brittany Poppen, a junior from Goodyear, AZ.

Nilai found the Jeopardy! round Daily Double in “Near the End of the Century.” He was in the lead with $3,400, $1,400 more than Brittany in second place. He bet $1,000 and he was RIGHT.

Nilai finished in the lead with $7,000. Katie was second with $4,400 and Brittany was last with $2,000.

Nilai found the first Double Jeopardy Daily Double in “India.” He was in the lead with $8,600, $2,200 more than Katie in second place. He bet $2,200 and he was RIGHT.

Nilai found the last Daily Double, a video, in “Around the White House with Alex.” He was in the lead with $12,400, $1,600 more than Katie in second place. He bet $1,000 and he was RIGHT.

Nilai finished in the lead with $16,600. Katie was next with $12,400 and Brittany was in third place with $4,400.

WHAT ARE GIRL SCOUT COOKIES?

“Acting City Manager Rochelle Small-Toney on (March 4, 2011) reversed a zoning administrator’s finding that Girl Scouts could not sell cookies in front of the historic home (of Juliette Gordon Low) because it violated an ordinance against sidewalk sales. Brittany wrote down “books.” She lost her $3,000 bet and finished with $1,400.

Katie got it right and bet $1,400. She finished with $13,800.

Nilai also got it right and he also bet $1,400. He won the game with $18,000.
